Notification
A notification bell with unread counts and a slide-in drawer for showing unread messages inside the site experience.
Introduction
The Notification widget places a bell button on the page and shows an unread badge based on notification IDs that have not yet been marked as read in local storage.
When opened, it fetches the unread notification list from the UniSignIn API and presents the messages in a slide-in drawer with an overlay, close control, and clear-all action.
Users can remove individual notifications or clear the full list, and both actions persist the read IDs locally so the badge count drops immediately.

Integration
The widget renders on any container marked with `data-exp="unis-notification"`. The current implementation only needs the placeholder element, and it pulls the list from the UniSignIn notifications endpoint.
